கூடுவாஞ்சேரி பகுதியில் தண்ணீரில் மிதந்தது முதலை அல்ல மரக்கட்டை: செங்கல்பட்டு ஆட்சியர்-Crocodile not floating in water in Guduvancheri area Tree: Chengalpattu Collector

தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள பெரும்பாலான மாவட்டங்களில் கனமழை பதிவாகி உள்ளது. குறிப்பாக இன்று காலை முதலே செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டத்தின் பல பகுதிகளிலும் தொடர்ச்சியாக மழை பெய்து வருகிறது. இதனால், சாலைகள், குடியிருப்பு பகுதிகள் என பல இடங்களில் மழை நீர் சூழந்து காணப்படுகிறது. நீர் நிலைகள் நிரம்பி காணப்படுகின்றன.

இந்த நிலையில், செங்கல்பட்டு அருகே உள்ள கூடுவாஞ்சேரி பகுதியில் முதலை வந்ததாக சமூக வலைதளங்களில் தகவல் பரவியது. வீடியோ ஒன்றும், புகைப்படம் ஒன்றும் பலரால் பகிரப்பட்டு வருகிறது. பலரும் அது குறித்து பேசி இருந்த நிலையில் செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் ராகுல் நாத் முதலை வீடியோ குறித்து விளக்கம் அளித்துள்ளார்.

 

“செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டம் (GST road) வல்லாஞ்சேரி கூட்ரோட்டில் முதலை வந்ததாக தவறான தகவல் பரப்பப்பட்டு வருகிறது. அது மரக்கட்டை. ஜி.எஸ்.டி சாலையில் தண்ணீர் போகும் கால்வாயில் சுழற்சி காரணமாக மரக்கட்டை மிதந்ததை முதலை என வதந்தி பரப்பி வருகின்றனர்” என ஆட்சியர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 

வெள்ள நீரில் முதலைகள் வருமா?

பொதுவாக வெள்ள நீரில் முதலைகள் வராது என சொல்லப்படுகிறது. அப்படியே அது நடந்தாலும் முதலைகள் வாழ்ந்து வரும் பகுதியான முதலை பண்ணை மற்றும் ஏரி, குளம் போன்ற நீர் நிலைகள் வெள்ள நீரில் மூழ்கினால் மட்டுமே நடக்குமாம். மேலும் மார்ச், ஏப்ரல் மற்றும் மே மாதங்களில் தான் முதலைகள் இனப்பெருக்கம் செய்வது வழக்கம். முட்டைகளும் அந்த நேரத்தில் தான் முதலைகள் இடுமாம். அதனால் இந்த படம் தவறானது என சொல்லப்படுகிறது. அதுவும், தாய்லாந்து நாட்டில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட படம் போல் தெரிவதாக சிலர் கூறியுள்ளனர்.

In this situation, the information spread on social media that the crocodile came to the Guduvancheri area near Chengalpattu. Video and photo are shared by many. Chengalpattu District Collector Rahul Nath has commented on the crocodile video as many people were talking about it.

“False information is being spread that a crocodile came to Chengalpattu district (GST road) in Vallancherry. It is wood. They are spreading rumors that the tree is floating like a crocodile due to the rotation of the canal that carries water on the GST road, ”said the Collector.

It is generally said that crocodiles do not come into flood water. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average crocodile. Crocodiles usually breed in March, April and May. Crocodiles lay their eggs at that time. So this film is said to be false. That said, some say it looks like a picture taken in Thailand.
