சேலம் மாவட்டம் கருங்கல்பட்டியில் வீட்டில் இருந்த எரிவாயு சிலிண்டர் வெடித்து விபத்துக்குள்ளானதில் 3 வீடுகள் தரைமட்டமாகின. இதில் 5 பேர் படுகாயங்களுடன் மீட்கப்பட்டு மருத்துவமனையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இதில் பெண் ஒருவர் உயிரிழந்து விட்டதாக தகவல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது. இடிபாடுகளுக்குள் சிக்கியுள்ள ஒரு குழந்தை உள்பட 3 பேரை மீட்கும் பணி துரிதமாக நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
