மூன்று மாணவர்கள் சடலமாக மீட்பு -Recovery of the bodies of three students

குளித்தலை அருகே புணவாசிபட்டி சிவலிங்கபுரத்தில் உள்ள தனியார் நிலத்தில் தேங்கிய மழைநீர் குட்டையில் மூழ்கி மூன்று பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் உயிரிழந்தனர்.

கரூர் மாவட்டம், குளித்தலை அருகே கிருஷ்ணராயபுரம் ஊராட்சி ஒன்றியத்திற்கு உட்பட்ட புணவாசிப்பட்டி சிவலிங்கபுரம் பகுதியில், தனியார் நிலத்தில் கடந்த 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பாக செம்மண் அள்ளிய இடத்தில் மழைநீர் தேங்கியுள்ளது. இதில், இன்று சிவலிங்கபுரத்தைச் சேர்ந்த விவசாய கூலித் தொழிலாளி காசிராஜன் என்பவரின் மகன்கள் நவீன்குமார் (13), கிஷோர் (10) மற்றும் ஆறுமுகம் என்பவரின் மகன்கள் கவின் என்கின்ற மயில்முருகன் (13), வசந்த் (11) ஆகிய நால்வரும் ஆடுகளை மேய்க்க வயல்வெளி பகுதிக்குச் சென்றுள்ளனர். அப்போது அருகில் இருந்த தனியார் நிலத்தில் தேங்கிய மழைநீர் குட்டையில் இறங்கியுள்ளனர்.

அப்போது, நவீன்குமார், கவின் என்கின்ற மயில்முருகன், வசந்த் ஆகிய மூவரும் குட்டை நீரில் மூழ்கிவிட்டனர். இதையடுத்து சம்பவத்தை நேரில் பார்த்த நவீன் குமாரின் தம்பி கிஷோர் தனது அப்பா, அம்மாவிடம் சென்று நடந்ததை கூறியுள்ளார். இதைத் தொடர்ந்து அங்கு வந்த ஊர் மக்கள் 3 பள்ளி மாணவர்களையும் சடலமாக மீட்டனர்.

இதையடுத்து தகவலறிந்து அங்கு வந்த லாலாப்பேட்டை போலீசார் 3 பள்ளி மாணவர்களின் உடலை கைப்பற்றி குளித்தலை அரசு மருத்துவமனைக்கு உடற்கூறு ஆய்வுக்காக அனுப்பி வைத்து இறப்பு குறித்து விசாரணை செய்து வருகின்றனர், இச்சம்பவம் அப்பகுதியில் பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

Three school children drowned in a puddle of rainwater on a private land in Punavasipatti Sivalingapuram near Kulithalai.

In the Punavasipatti Sivalingapuram area under the Krishnarayapuram Panchayat Union near Kulithalai in Karur district, rainwater has accumulated on a private land where salmon was planted five years ago. Today, Mayilmurugan (13) and Vasant (11), sons of Naveen Kumar (13), Kishore (10) and Arumugam, sons of Kasirajan, an agricultural laborer from Sivalingapuram, went to the field to graze their sheep. They then descended into a puddle of rainwater that had accumulated on nearby private land.

Then, Naveen Kumar, Gavin alias Mayilmurugan and Vasant drowned in the puddle. Naveen Kumar's brother Kishore, who witnessed the incident, went to his father and mother and told them what had happened. Following this, the villagers recovered the bodies of 3 school children.

Lalapettai police have seized the bodies of three school children and sent them to Kulithalai Government Hospital for autopsy. The incident has caused a stir in the area.
