கனமழைக்கு வாய்ப்பு -Chance of heavy rain

வளிமண்டல மேலடுக்கு சுழற்சி காரணமாக தமிழகத்தில் 6 மாவட்டங்களில் ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌கனமழைக்கு வாய்ப்புள்ளதாக வானிலை ஆய்வு மையம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

 

தென்மேற்கு வாங்கக் கடல் பகுதிகளில் வளிமண்டல மேலடுக்கு சுழற்சி நிலவுவதாக வானிலை ஆய்வு மையம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இதன் காரணமாக, இன்று மதுரை, தென்காசி, தேனி, திண்டுக்கல், சேலம், நாமக்கல் மாவட்டங்களில் இடி மின்னலுடன் கனமழை பெய்யக்கூடும் என்று ஆய்வு மையம் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது.

 

சென்னையைப் பொறுத்தவரை, வானம் ஓரளவு மேகமூட்டத்துடன் காணப்படும் என்றும், நகரின் ஒரு சில பகுதிகளில் இடி மின்னலுடன் மிதமான மழை பெய்யக்கூடும் என்றும் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. தென்மேற்கு வங்கக்கடல், மன்னார் வளைகுடா பகுதிகளில் மணிக்கு 50 கிலோ மீட்டர் வேகத்தில் சூறைக்காற்று வீசக்கூடும் என்பதால், அப்பகுதிகளுக்கு மீனவர்கள் செல்ல வேண்டாம் என்று அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rains in 6 districts of Tamil Nadu due to the circulation of the atmosphere.

 

According to the Meteorological Department, atmospheric circulation is prevailing in the southwestern Gulf. Due to this, heavy rain is expected in Madurai, Tenkasi, Theni, Dindigul, Salem and Namakkal districts today.

For Chennai, the sky will be partly cloudy with a chance of thundershowers in some parts of the city. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the southwestern Bay of Bengal and Gulf of Mannar as strong winds of up to 50 kmph are expected.
