கிணற்றில் விழுந்து தவித்த மயில்-The peacock that fell into the well

புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் கந்தர்வகோட்டை அருகே கிணற்றில் தவறி விழுந்து உயிருக்கு போராடிய மயிலை, தீயணைப்புத் துறையினர் உயிருடன் மீட்டனர்.

புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் கந்தர்வகோட்டை அருகே உள்ள மங்கனூர் கிராமத்தில் பெரியய்யா என்பவருக்குச் சொந்தமான 60 அடி ஆழமுள்ள கிணற்றில் தேசிய பறவை மயில் ஒன்று தவறி விழுந்துள்ளது. கிணற்றிலிருந்து மீளமுடியாமல் தவித்த அந்த மயில் பார்த்த அப்பகுதி மக்கள் கந்தர்வகோட்டை தீயணைப்புத் துறையினருக்கு தகவல் கொடுத்தனர்.

தகவல் அறிந்து அங்கு வந்த தீயணைப்புத் துறையினர், வீரர் ஒருவரை கிணற்றில் இறங்கி அந்த மயிலை பத்திரமாக மீட்டனர். இதன் பின்பு அந்த மயில் வனத் துறையினரிடம் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டு காட்டில் விடப்பட்டது.

Mayiladuthurai, who had fallen into a well near Kandarwakottai in Pudukkottai district and was fighting for his life, was rescued by the fire department.

A national bird peacock has fallen into a 60 feet deep well belonging to Periyaya in Manganur village near Kandarwakottai in Pudukkottai district. The people of the area who saw the peacock unable to recover from the well informed the Kandarwakottai fire department.

Upon receiving the information, the fire department went down to the well and rescued the peacock. The peacock was then handed over to the forest department and released into the wild.
