வழக்கு தொடர்பான ஆவணங்களை தாக்கல் செய்யும்போது ஏ4 அளவிலான வெள்ளை காகிதங்களை மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்த வேண்டுமென்ற சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தின் ஆணை அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
நீதிமன்றங்களில் வழக்கு தொடர்பான ஆவணங்களை தாக்கல் செய்யும் நடைமுறைகள் தொடர்பாக உரிமையியல் நடைமுறை விதிகளில் சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் அவ்வப்போது மாற்றங்களை செய்து வருகிறது. தற்போது தமிழகம் மற்றும் புதுச்சேரியில் உள்ள கீழமை நீதிமன்றங்கள் முதல் சென்னை உயர் வரையிலான அனைத்து நீதிமன்றங்களிலும் தாக்கல் செய்யப்படும் ஆவணங்கள் லீகல் அளவிலான பச்சை நிற காகிதத்திலும், அதன் நகல்கள் அதே அளவிலான வெள்ளை நிற காகிதத்திலும் தாக்கல் செய்யப்படுகின்றன.
இந்த காகிததத்தின் அளவை மாற்றி சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற தலைமை பதிவாளர் பி.தனபால் செப்டம்பர் 22ஆம் தேதி அறிவிப்பாணையை வெளியிட்டார். நீதிமன்றங்களில் தாக்கல் செய்யப்படும் ஆவணங்கள் அனைத்தும் 75 ஜி.எஸ்.எம். தரத்திற்கு குறையாத ஏ4 அளவிலான வெள்ளை நிற தாளில் மட்டுமே தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என அறிவிப்பாணையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருந்தது. சிவில் வழக்குகள் தாக்கல் செய்யப்படும்போது, அதற்கான கட்டணத்திற்கான முத்திரைத்தாள் தவிர கூடுதலாக வைக்கப்படும் காகிதங்களும் ஏ4 அளவில் மட்டுமே இருக்க வேண்டுமெனவும் அறிவிப்பில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. எழுத்து, அச்சு, பிரதி என எந்த வடிவில் தாக்கல் செய்தாலும், இந்த புதிய விதிகளை பின்பற்றும்படி அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. தலைமைப் பதிவாளர் வெளியிட்ட அறிவிப்பாணை தமிழக அரசின் அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The order of the Chennai High Court to use only A4 size white paper when filing documents related to the case has been published in the Gazette.
The Chennai High Court has from time to time made changes in the rules of ownership procedure regarding the procedures for filing case related documents in the courts. At present the documents filed in all the courts from the lower courts in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry to the Chennai High Court are filed in green paper on legal scale and copies thereof in white paper of the same size.
Chennai High Court Chief Registrar P. Dhanabal issued a notification on September 22 resizing the paper. All documents filed in the courts are 75 GSM. The notice stated that only substandard A4 size white paper should be filed.
The notice also said that when civil cases are filed, the papers to be kept in addition to the stamp paper for the fee should be A4 size only. It is advised to follow these new rules in any form such as writing, print, copy. The notification issued by the Chief Registrar has been published in the Gazette of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
