The Madurai branch of the High Court has ordered that the trial of the wife's case be transferred to the CPCID as there is a mystery in her husband's death and the case should be transferred to the CPCIT.
Neelavathi, a resident of Mannachanallur in Trichy district, had filed a petition in the Madurai branch of the High Court. "My husband Krishnamurthy went missing on October 29. His body was found near the Iringalur well. Samayapuram police have registered a case of suspected death.
A month before he died, a relative fought with him over occupation. My husband complained about this. My husband's death is a mystery. Therefore, the case of my husband's mysterious death should be transferred to the CPCIT, ”he said.
Judge Ilanthirayan, who heard the case, directed that the case be transferred to the CBCID and that the CBCID police complete its investigation and file a final report on the case.

இறப்பதற்கு ஒரு மாதத்திற்கு முன்பு இட ஆக்கிரமிப்பு தொடர்பாக உறவினர் ஒருவர் அவருடன் சண்டையிட்டார். இதுகுறித்து என் கணவர் புகார் அளித்தார். என் கணவர் சாவில் மர்மம் உள்ளது. எனவே, என் கணவர் மர்ம மரண வழக்கை சிபிசிஐடிக்கு மாற்றி உத்தரவிட வேண்டும்'' என்று கூறியிருந்தார்.
இந்த மனுவை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி இளந்திரையன், இந்த வழக்கின் விசாரணையை சிபிசிஐடிக்கு மாற்றியும், சிபிசிஐடி போலீசார் விசாரணையை முடித்து விரைந்து வழக்கின் இறுதி அறிக்கையை தாக்கல் செய்யவும் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.
