தாயை கொன்ற மகனுக்கு தூக்கு தண்டனை-Execution of son who killed mother

புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் மழையூர் அருகே சொத்து பிரச்னை காரணமாக தாயைக் கொன்ற மகனுக்கு தூக்கு தண்டனை விதித்து புதுக்கோட்டை நீதிமன்றம் பரபரப்பு தீர்ப்பு வழங்கியுள்ளது.

புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் மழையூர் அருகே உள்ள மறவம்பட்டியைச் சேர்ந்த தங்கராசு - திலகராணி தம்பதியரின் மகன் ஆனந்த் (25). இந்நிலையில், கடந்த 2008ஆம் ஆண்டு தங்கராசுக்கும் திலகராணிக்கும் இடையே ஏற்பட்ட குடும்ப பிரச்னையில் திலகராணி, தங்கராசின் தலையில் கல்லை போட்டு கொலை செய்துவிட்டார். இதையடுத்து தனது தாயை பிரிந்த ஆனந்த தனியே வசித்துள்ளார்.

இதைத் தொடர்ந்து இந்த வழக்கு புதுக்கோட்டை நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடைபெற்று வந்த நிலையில், வழக்கிலிருந்து தாய் திலகராணி விடுதலையாகி அதே கிராமத்தில் தனியாக வசித்து வந்துள்ளார். இந்நிலையில் கடந்த 2018 ஆம் ஆண்டு தனது தந்தையின் சொத்து தொடர்பான பிரச்னையில் தாய் திலகராணி இடையூறு செய்ததாக கூறி, திலகராணியை ஆனந்த் அரிவாளால் வெட்டி படுகொலை செய்துள்ளார்.

இச்சம்பவம் குறித்து மழையூர் போலீசார் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்து குற்றவாளி ஆனந்தை கைது செய்து சிறையில் அடைத்தனர். இந்நிலையில், இந்த வழக்கு புதுக்கோட்டை மகிளா நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடைபெற்று வந்த நிலையில், வழக்கு விசாரணை முடிந்து இன்று தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டது.

ஆனந்த் மீதான குற்றம் நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டதையடுத்து தாயை கொலை செய்த குற்றத்திற்காக தூக்கு தண்டனை மற்றும் 50 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் அபராதம் விதித்து புதுக்கோட்டை நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி சத்திய தீர்ப்பு வழங்கினார். இதனையடுத்து குற்றவாளி ஆனந்த் பலத்த பாதுகாப்போடு அழைத்து செல்லப்பட்டு திருச்சி மத்திய சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டார்.

Pudukkottai: A Pudukkottai court has sentenced a son to death for killing his mother due to a property dispute near Malaiyur in the Pudukkottai district.

Anand (25) is the son of Thangarasu and Tilakarani couple from Maravampatti near Malaiyoor in Pudukkottai district. In this situation, in a family dispute between Thangaraj and Tilakarani in 2008, Tilakarani killed Thangaraj by throwing a stone at his head. Ananda, who has since separated from his mother, lives alone.

Following this, the case was taken up in the Pudukottai court and mother Tilakarani was released from the case and has been living alone in the same village. In this situation, in 2018, Anand hacked Tilakarani to death with a scythe, claiming that his mother Tilakarani had interfered in his father's property issue.

The Malaiyoor police registered a case and arrested the accused Anandha and remanded him in custody. The case was being heard in the Pudukottai Magistrate's Court and the verdict was given today.

Following the conviction of Anand, the Pudukottai High Court judge sentenced him to death and fined him Rs 50,000 for killing his mother. Following this, the accused Anand was taken away under heavy security and lodged in the Trichy Central Jail.
