தமிழக பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழிக்கு வாட்ஸ்அப் மூலம் கொலை மிரட்டல் விடுத்தவர் முன்ஜாமீன் கோரி தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவை உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரைக்கிளை தள்ளுபடி செய்துள்ளது.
திருச்சி திருவெறும்பூர் பகுதியை சேர்ந்த விஜி என்கிற விஜயகுமார் உட்கட்சி பூசலால் ஏற்பட்ட முன்விரோதம் காரணமாக அமைச்சருக்கு கொலை மிரட்டல் விடுக்கும் வகையில் அவதூறாக பேசி வாட்ஸ்அப், ஃபேஸ்புக் உள்ளிட்ட வலைத்தளங்களில் பதிவிட்டு வந்ததாகத் தெரிகிறது. இது தொடர்பாக திமுகவைச் சேர்ந்த மாரியப்பன் என்பவர் அளித்த புகார் குறித்து காவல்துறையின்ர் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்தனர்.
இந்த நிலையில் இந்த வழக்கில் தனக்கு முன்ஜாமீன் வழங்க கோரி விஜி என்கிற மனு தாக்கல் செய்தார். இந்த மனுவை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி புகழேந்தி, மனுதாரர் தரப்பில் ஏற்கனவே பல வழக்குகள் நிலுவையிம் இருப்பதால், முன் ஜாமின் வழங்க இயலாது எனக்கூறி வழக்கை தள்ளுபடி செய்து உத்தரவிட்டார்.

The Madurai branch of the High Court has dismissed the petition filed by the person who made death threats to Tamil Nadu Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyamozhi through WhatsApp seeking pre-bail.
Vijayakumar alias Viji, from Tiruverumbur in Trincomalee, allegedly posted defamatory remarks on WhatsApp, Facebook and other websites threatening to kill the minister due to animosity over the infighting. The police registered a case against Mariappan of DMK in this regard.
Cory Viji filed a petition seeking pre-bail in this case. Judge Pukahendi, who heard the case, dismissed the case on the ground that bail could not be granted as there were already several cases pending against the petitioner.
