அறங்காவலர்கள் நியமிக்கும் வரை நகைகளை உருக்க கூடாது - சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம்

அறங்காவலர்கள் நியமிக்கும் வரை கோவில் நகைகளை உருக்குவது தொடர்பாக எந்த முடிவும் எடுக்க கூடாது என சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

கோவில் நகைகளை உருக்க தமிழக அரசு முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது. இதற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்து இண்டிக்ட் கலெக்டிவ் அறக்கட்டளை சார்பில் சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடரப்பட்டது. இந்த வழக்கு இன்று விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது,அறங்காவலர்கள் நியமிக்கும் வரை கோவில் நகைகளை உருக்குவது தொடர்பாக எந்த முடிவும் எடுக்க கூடாது என சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

அறங்காவலர்கள் நியமனத்துக்கு பிறகே கோவில் நகைகள் உருக்கப்படும் என தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவாதம் அளித்தது. மேலும், கோவிலுக்கு காணிக்கையாக வழங்கப்பட்ட நகைகளை கணக்கெடுக்க அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இண்டிக்ட் கலெக்டிவ் அறக்கட்டளை தொடர்ந்த வழக்கு டிசம்பர் 15க்கு தள்ளிவைத்து நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

The Chennai High Court has ordered that no decision be taken on the melting of temple jewelery until the trustees are appointed.

The Tamil Nadu government has decided to melt the temple jewelery. A case was filed in the Chennai High Court on behalf of the Indict Collective against this. When the case came up for hearing today, the Chennai High Court had ordered that no decision should be taken regarding the melting of temple jewelery till the trustees are appointed.

The Tamil Nadu government has assured that the temple jewelery will be melted down after the appointment of trustees. Also, permission has been granted to enumerate the jewels donated to the temple. The court has adjourned the case against the Indict Collective Trust to December 15.
