நீட் விலக்கு தொடர்பாக, பாஜக ஆட்சியிலில்லாத மற்றும் தமிழக கருத்துடன் ஒத்துப்போகும் கருத்துடைய 12 மாநில முதல்வர்களுக்கு, இவ்விவகாரத்தில் அவர்களின் ஆதரவை கேட்டு தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளார்.

தமிழ்நாடு இளநிலை மருத்துவப் படிப்புக்கான சேர்க்கை சட்டம் 2022 என்ற புதிய சட்ட முன்வடிவை தமிழக அரசு நிறைவேற்றியுள்ளது. அதன் நகலை இணைத்து 12 மாநில முதல்வர்களுக்கு தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளார். தனது அந்த கடிதத்தில் “மத்திய அரசின் நீட் அறிமுகம், கூட்டாட்சி தத்துவத்துக்கு எதிரானது. மாநில அரசுகளால் நிறுவப்பட்டு நடத்தப்பட்டு வரும் மருத்துவ நிறுவனங்களின் சேர்க்கை உரிமைகளை பறிப்பதன்மூலம், அரசியலைப்பு அதிகார சமநிலை சேதப்படுகிறது. 

நீட் தேர்வால், மாநில அரசின் மருத்துவ நிறுவனத்தில் சேர்க்கை முறையை முடிவு செய்யும் உரிமைகள் பறிக்கப்படுகின்றன. கல்வித்துறையை நிர்வகிப்பதில் மாநில அரசுகளின் முதன்மையை மீட்டெடுக்க, மாநில முதல்வர்கள் அனைவரும் ஒருங்கிணைந்த முயற்சியை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். அதற்கு உங்கள் ஒத்துழைப்பை எதிர்ப்பார்க்கிறேன். உங்களின் மாநிலங்களிலும் கிராமப்புறங்கள், சமூகத்தின் விளிம்பு நிலையிலுள்ள உயர்க்கல்வி சேர்க்கையில் உள்ள சிக்கல் பற்றிய ஆவணங்களை ஆய்வு செய்து, அவர்கள் பாதிக்கப்படாமல் இருக்க உறுதிசெய்ய, எங்களுக்கு ஆதரவு கொடுக்கவும்” என்றுள்ளார்.

இவற்றுடன் ஏ.கே.ராஜன் குழுவின் அறிக்கையை அனைத்து மாநில மொழிகளிலும் மொழிப்பெயர்ப்பு செய்து இணைத்து முதல்வர் சார்பில் அனுப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் தகவல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது.
