அண்மையில் யூடியூப் வீடியோ மூலம் பட்டியலினத்தவர் குறித்து அவதூறாக பேசியதாக மீரா மிதுன் மீது விடுதலை சிறுத்தைகள் கட்சி உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு அமைப்புகள் காவல் துறையில் புகார் அளித்தனர். இந்த புகாரின் அடிப்படையில் வன்கொடுமை தடுப்பு சட்டம், கலகத்தை தூண்டுதல் உள்ளிட்ட 7 பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் காவல் துறையினர் நடிகை மீரா மிதுன் மீது வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்தனர்.

இந்த வழக்கில் ஜாமீன் கோரி மீரா மிதுனும் அவரின் நண்பரும் மனுத்தாக்கல் செய்திருந்தனர். இந்த வழக்கு சென்னை முதன்மை அமர்வு நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி செல்வகுமார் முன் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. அப்போது மீரா மிதுன் தரப்பில், 35 நாட்களுக்கு மேலாக சிறையில் இருப்பதாலும், கோவிட் தடுப்பூசி போட்டுக் கொண்டதால் சோர்வு ஏற்பட்டிருப்பதாகவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
இதை பதிவு செய்த நீதிபதி, நடிகை மீராமிதுன், அவரின் நண்பர் அபிஷேக் ஆகியோருக்கு ஜாமீன் வழங்கி உத்தரவிட்டார். இந்த நிலையில் சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றதில் உள்ள மாவட்ட அமர்வு நீதிமன்றத்தில் தினமும் கையெழுத்திட வேண்டும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. இதனையடுத்து புழல் மகளிர் சிறையில் இருந்து மீரா மிதுன் இன்று வெளியே வந்தார்.

Actress Meera Mithun and her friend Sham Abhishek have been released on bail by the Chennai Magistrate 's Court.
Various organizations, including the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), have recently lodged a complaint with the police against Meera Mithun for slandering the list through a YouTube video. Based on the complaint, the police registered a case against actress Meera Mithun under 7 sections of the Prevention of Torture Act, including incitement to riot.
Furthermore, Meera Mithun was summoned to appear at the Central Crime Branch office. However, Meera Mithun and her friend Sam Abhishek, who were in hiding in Kerala without appearing for trial, were arrested by the Chennai Metropolitan Police on the 14th of last month and brought to Chennai and lodged in the Pulhal jail.
Meera Mithun and her friend had filed a petition seeking bail in the case. The case came up for hearing before Chennai First Sessions Court Judge Selvakumar. At the time, Meera Mithun was told that she had been in jail for more than 35 days and that she was tired because Kovit had been vaccinated.
