கூட்டுறவு சங்க வங்கியின் உறுப்பினர்களான சக்தி, லட்சுமி ஆகியோருக்கு விதிகளை மீறி, தனிநபர் கடன் வழங்கியது தணிக்கையில் தெரியவந்தது. செயலாளர் மணிராஜின் பெயரிலும் நகைக்கடன் பெற்றிருப்பது உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டது. விசாரணைக்கு பின் மணிராஜை பணியிடை நீக்கம் செய்து, வங்கியின் தலைவர் சுந்தர்ராஜன் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.
இதே வங்கியின் தொப்பூர் சேவை மைய காசாளர் வெங்கடேஷ், அடகு கடை நகைகளுக்கு ஒரே நபர் பெயரில் 2 கிலோ 42 கிராம் தங்கத்திற்கு 41 லட்சம் ரூபாய் கடன் கொடுத்ததால் ஏற்கனவே பணி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டார். அவரும், கூட்டுறவு வங்கியின் செயலாளர் மணிராஜும் நெருங்கி உறவினர்கள், இவர்கள் இணைந்தே விதிமீறி மோசடியாக பணம் பெற்றிருப்பது தெரியவந்துள்ளது.

Salem District Kadayampatti Co-operative Society Secretary Maniraj has been sacked.
The audit revealed that Shakti and Lakshmi, members of the Co-operative Bank, had been given personal loans in violation of the rules. It was also confirmed that the jewelery loan was received in the name of Secretary Maniraj. Following the inquiry, Maniraj was sacked and ordered by the bank's chairman Sundarajan.
Venkatesh, the cashier of the same bank's Toppur service center, has already been sacked for lending Rs 41 lakh for 2 kg 42 grams of gold in the name of a single person for pawn shop jewelery.
