லெட்டர் பேட் சட்டக்கல்லூரிகளில் பட்டங்கள் வாங்கப்படுகின்றன

ஆந்திரா மற்றும் கர்நாடகாவில் உள்ள லெட்டர் பேட் சட்டப் பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் மூலம், பட்டங்கள் தயாரித்து வாங்கப்படுவதாக ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதி கிருபாகரன் விமர்சித்துள்ளார்.

 

சென்னையை அடுத்த பூந்தமல்லியில் நடைபெற்ற விழாவில் பேசிய அவர், நீதி கேட்டு வரும் சாமானியர்களை வழக்கறிஞர்களும், நீதிபதிகளும் கண்ணியத்தோடு நடத்த வேண்டும் எனக் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். 

அண்டை மாநிலங்களில் பெயரளவில் செயல்படும் சட்டக் கல்லூரிகளில் பட்டங்களை வாங்குபவர்கள், வழக்கறிஞர்கள் போர்வையில் வலம் வருவது அதிகரித்திருப்பதாக கிருபாகரன் குற்றம்சாட்டியுள்ளார்.

 

Retired Judge Kirupakaran has criticized the fact that degrees are being produced and purchased through the Letter Bad Law Universities in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

 

Speaking at a function in Poonamallee, next to Chennai, he called on lawyers and judges to treat ordinary people seeking justice with dignity.

Kirupakaran has blamed the increase in the number of law graduates and lawyers covering up in nominal law colleges in neighboring states.
