தமிழகத்தில், 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் நிதி நிலை அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்யாத சங்கங்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என பதிவுத்துறை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
இது தொடர்பான சுற்றறிக்கையில், பல சங்கங்கள், ஒவ்வொரு நிதியாண்டிற்கும் உரிய நிதியறிக்கைகளை உரிய காலக்கெடுவிற்குள் பதிவாளரிடம் தாக்கல் செய்யாமல் இருப்பதாகவும், சங்கங்களின் செயல்பாடுகளை கண்காணித்து முறைப்படுத்த வேண்டியது மாவட்ட பதிவாளர்களின் பணி எனவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேலும், தங்களது மண்டலத்திற்குட்பட்ட பதிவு மாவட்டங்களில் ஆண்டறிக்கைகளை உரிய காலக்கெடுவிற்குள் அளிக்காமல் உள்ள அனைத்து சங்கங்களின் விவரங்கள் குறித்து, ஒருங்கிணைந்த அறிக்கை தயாரித்து, வரும் 20ஆம் தேதிக்குள் மாவட்ட பதிவாளர்களிடம் அனுப்ப அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதுமட்டுமின்றி, ஆண்டறிக்கைகள் தாக்கல் செய்யாத சங்கத்தின் பெயர், பதிவு எண், மற்றும் வசூலிக்கப்பட வேண்டிய உத்தேச அபராதத் தொகை போன்ற அனைத்து விவரங்களையும் அனுப்ப, அனைத்து மண்டல ஐஜி மற்றும் பதிவாளருக்கு பதிவுத்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
In Tamil Nadu, action will be taken against associations that have not submitted their financial statements for more than 10 years.
In this regard, the circular states that many associations do not submit the relevant financial statements to the Registrar on time for each financial year and that it is the duty of the District Registrar to monitor and regulate the activities of the associations.
Furthermore, it is advised to prepare a consolidated report on the details of all the associations which have not submitted the annual reports in the registered districts under their zone within the stipulated time and send it to the District Registrar by the 20th. In addition, the Registrar has directed all Zonal IGs and Registrars to send all the details such as the name of the association which did not file the annual reports, the registration number, and the proposed penalty amount to be collected.
