குடிசை மாற்று வாரிய குடியிருப்புக்கு ரூ.1.50 லட்சம்-1.50 lakh for cottage replacement

முதலமைச்சரின் கொளத்தூர் தொகுதியில் புதிதாக கட்டப்பட்டு வரும் குடிசைமாற்று வாரிய வீடுகளை பயனாளிகளுக்கு ஒதுக்க ஒன்றரை லட்சம் ரூபாய் கேட்பதால் அப்பகுதி மக்கள் விழிபிதுங்கி நிற்கின்றனர்.

முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலினின் கொளத்தூர் தொகுதியில் உள்ள கௌதமபுரம் பகுதியில் 30 ஆண்டுகளாக குடிசைமாற்று வாரிய குடியிருப்பில் சுமார் 400 குடும்பங்கள் வசித்து வந்தன. பழைய குடியிருப்புகளை சீரமைக்கும் வகையில் புதிய வீடுகளை கட்டிக் கொடுக்க அந்த குடியிருப்பில் இருந்த மக்கள் கடந்த 2018ஆம் ஆண்டு அப்புறப்படுத்தப்பட்டனர். ஒன்றரை ஆண்டுகளில் வீடுகளை கட்டி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்வதாக கூறப்பட்ட நிலையில், இதுவரையிலும் வீடுகள் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படாததால், வாடகை கொடுக்க முடியாத நிலைக்கு அப்பகுதி மக்கள் தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளனர். மேலும் ஒன்றரை லட்சம் ரூபாய் கொடுத்தால் தான் வீடு ஒதுக்கப்படும் என்ற குடிசை மாற்று வாரியத்தின் அறிவிப்பு அவர்களுக்கு பேரிடியாக உள்ளது.

ஏற்கெனவே இருந்ததை போல் 4 மாடிகளே கட்டப்படும் என வாக்குறுதி அளித்துவிட்டு, தற்போது 14 மாடியில் வீடுகள் கட்டியுள்ளதாகவும், வீட்டின் அளவும் குறைக்கப்பட்டு விட்டதாகவும் மக்கள் அதிருப்தி தெரிவித்தனர்.

ஒரு வீட்டின் மதிப்பு 13.50 லட்சம் ரூபாய் என்ற நிலையில் மத்திய அரசு ஒன்றரை லட்சம் ரூபாயும், மாநில அரசு பத்தரை லட்சம் ரூபாயும் நிதி வழங்குகிறது. மீதமுள்ள ஒன்றரை லட்சம் ரூபாயை பயனாளிகளிடம் வசூலிக்க அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளதால், குடிசை மாற்று வாரிய குடியிருப்பு வாசிகள் இக்கட்டான சூழ்நிலைக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இது தொடர்பாக குடிசைமாற்று வாரிய செயற் பொறியாளரிடம் கேட்டபோது, ஏற்கெனவே திட்டமிட்டு அரசாணை வெளியிட்ட பின்னரே வீடுகளை கட்டியதாகவும், ஒன்றரை லட்சம் ரூபாய் வசூலிக்கும் திட்டத்தை ரத்து செய்வது குறித்து அரசு தான் முடிவு செய்ய வேண்டும் எனவும் விளக்கம் அளித்தனர்.

About 400 families have been living in the slum board residence in the Gautamapuram area of ​​Chief Minister MK Stalin's Kolathur constituency for 30 years. The people who were in that apartment were last evicted in 2018 to build new houses to renovate the old ones. 

Having been told to build houses in a year and a half, the people of the area have been forced to pay rent as the houses have not been allotted yet. The announcement of the Housing Replacement Board that the house will be allotted only if they pay one and a half lakh rupees is a disaster for them.

People were dissatisfied with the promise that only 4 storeys would be built as they already were, and now 14-storey houses have been built and the size of the house has been reduced.

With a house worth Rs 13.50 lakh, the central government provides Rs 1.5 lakh and the state government Rs 10 lakh. Residents of the Cottage Replacement Board have been put in a predicament as the government plans to collect the remaining Rs 1.5 lakh from the beneficiaries. 

When asked about this, the Housing Board Executive Engineer explained that the houses were built only after the government had already announced the plan and that it was up to the government to decide on the cancellation of the Rs 1.5 lakh project.
