கோவையில் கனமழை பெய்து வரும் நிலையில், சேறும் சகதியுமாக இருந்த சாலையை போக்குவரத்து போலீசார் சீரமைத்தனர்.

கோவையில் உக்கடம் முதல் ஆத்துப்பாலம் வரை மேம்பாலம் அமைக்கும் பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. இந்த மேம்பால கட்டுமான பணிகள் 50 சதவீதம் முடிவடைந்துள்ள நிலையில், ஆத்துப்பாலம் பகுதியில் மேம்பாலத்திற்கான தூண் அமைக்கும் பணி நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. இந்நிலையில், முக்கிய சாலை என்பதால் எந்த நேரமும் போக்குவரத்து நெரிசல் இருக்கும். தற்போது மழை பெய்து வரும் நிலையில், பாலம் வேலையும் நடைபெறுவதால் அந்த சாலை சிதிலமடைந்து சேறும் சகதியுமாக உள்ளது. இதனால் அவ்வழியாக செல்லும் வாகன ஓட்டிகள் சேற்றில் சிக்கி விழுவது வாடிக்கையாகி வருகிறது.

இந்த நிலையில், அந்த சாலையை போலீசாரே சமன்படுத்தியுள்ளனர். கோவை மாநகர போக்குவரத்து பிரிவு போலீசார் 4 பேர் சேர்ந்து குண்டும் குழியுமாகவும், சேறும் சகதியுமாகவும் இருந்த சாலையை மண்வெட்டியால் சமன்படுத்தியுள்ளனர். போலீசார் சாலையை சீரமைப்பதை அங்குள்ள ஒருவர் வீடியோவாக பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். தற்போது அந்த வீடியோ வைரலாகி வருகிறது. மேலும், மக்கள் நலனுக்காக சாலையில் இறங்கி வேலை செய்த போலீசாருக்கு வாழ்த்துகள் குவிந்து வருகிறது.
