பொன்னேரி அரசு மருத்துவமனையின் தலைமை மருத்துவராக அனுரத்னா மீண்டும் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக மருத்துவத்துறை அமைச்சர் மா.சுப்பிரமணியன் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டம் பொன்னேரி அரசு மருத்துவ மனையின் தலைமை மருத்துவராக அனுரத்னா என்பவர் கடந்த 2014 முதல் பணியாற்றி வந்தார். கடந்த 3 மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு பயிற்சிக்காக அவர் சென்னை அரசு ஸ்டான்லி மருத்துவமனைக்கு சென்ற போது, பொன்னேரி மருத்துவமனையில் மயக்கவியல் மருத்துவராக இருந்த விஜய் ஆனந்த் என்பவர் அம்மருத்துவமனைக்கான தலைமை மருத்துவராக பொறுப்பில் நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தார். இந்த நிலையில் 3 மாதங்கள் பயிற்சியை முடித்து விட்டு வந்த மருத்துவர் அனுரத்னாவுக்கு தலைமை மருத்துவர் பணி இல்லை என்றும், மகப்பேறு மருத்துவராக பணி செய்ய திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்ட ஊரக நலப்பணிகள் இணை இயக்குநர் சாந்தி உத்தரவிட்டதாக சொல்லப்படுகிறது. மருத்துவர் விஜய் ஆனந்த் தலைமை மருத்துவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் சமூக வலைதளங்களில் வைரலானது.

மருத்துவர் அனுரத்னாவை விட 5 ஆண்டுகள் ஜூனியரான விஜய் ஆனந்தை திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்ட ஊரக நலப்பணிகள் இணை இயக்குநர், தலைமை மருத்துவராக நியமித்தாகவும் பல்வேறு சமூக வலைதளங்களில் வைரலானது. இந்த நிலையில், இன்று பொன்னேரி அரசு மருத்துவமனையின் முன்பு திரைப்பட இயக்குநர் கோபி நயினார் தலைமையில் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடைபெற்றது. அந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் ‘மீண்டும் தலைமை மருத்துவராக அனுரத்னாவை நியமிக்க வேண்டும்’ உள்ளிட்ட கோரிக்கைகள் கோஷங்களாக எழுப்பப்பட்டன. இந்த நிலையில் இந்த பிரச்னைக்கு தீர்வு காணும் விதமாக மருத்துவத்துறை அமைச்சர் மா.சுப்பிரமணியன் பொன்னேரி அரசு மருத்துவ மனைக்கு திடீர் ஆய்வு செய்தார். அப்போது மகப்பேறு பிரிவு, உள்நோயாளிகள் வார்டு ஆகிய பகுதிகளை ஆய்வு செய்த அமைச்சர், சிகிச்சைக்கு வந்திருந்த நோயாளிகளிடம் நலம் விசாரித்தார். பின்னர் திருவள்ளூர் ஆட்சியர் ஆல்பி ஜான் வர்கீஸ், மருத்துவர் அனுரத்னா, மருத்துவர் விஐய் ஆனந்த், திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்ட ஊரக நலப்பணிகள் இணை இயக்குநர் சாந்தி ஆகியோரிடம் விசாரணை நடத்தினார்.

சுமார் அரை மணி நேரம் நடத்தப்பட்ட விசாரணைக்கு பின் செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேசிய மருத்துவத்துறை அமைச்சர் மா.சுப்பிரமணியன், “சமூக வலைதளங்களில் வெளியான செய்தியை பார்த்த முதல்வர், இது குறித்து விசாரணை செய்ய எனக்கு உத்தரவிட்டிருந்தார். அதனடிப்படையில் பொன்னேரி அரசு மருத்துவ மனையில் விசாரணை செய்தேன். அதில் மீண்டும் தலைமை மருத்துவராக அனுரத்னா நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். அதேநேரம் மாவட்ட இணை இயக்குநர், மருத்துவர் விஜய் ஆனந்த் ஆகியோர் இணைந்து செயல்பட வேண்டும் எனக்கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. இன்னும் 6 மாதத்தில் ஒய்வு பெற உள்ள மாவட்ட இணை இயக்குநருக்கு மருத்துவர்கள் இணைந்து பிரிவு உபச்சார விழா செய்திட வேண்டும் என்றும் அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளேன். இப்படியாக மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியாக பிரச்னைக்கு தீர்வு கிடைத்துள்ளது” என அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

இதைத்தொடர்ந்து 30,000-த்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட தற்காலிக பணியாளர்களுக்கு வரன்முறைப்படுத்த துறைவாரியான ஆய்வு செய்ய உள்ளதாகவும், 108 ஆம்புலன்ஸ் பணியாளர்கள் பணி நியமனம், பணி நிரந்தரம், வரன்முறைப்படுத்துதல் குறித்து முதல்வர் கவனத்துக்கு எடுத்து செல்வதாகவும்  அமைச்சர் மா.சுப்பிரமணியன் தெரிவித்தார். கொரோனா காலத்தில் பணியாற்றிய 1.05 லட்சம் மருத்துவ பணியாளர்களுக்கு ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளாதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

When he went to the Government Stanley Hospital in Chennai for training last 3 months ago, Vijay Anand, who was an anesthesiologist at Ponneri Hospital, was appointed as the Chief Physician for the hospital.

It is said that Dr. Anuradha, who had completed 3 months of training, did not have a job as a Chief Physician and was ordered to work as a Gynecologist by the Deputy Director of Rural Welfare, Tiruvallur District, Shanthi. The appointment of doctor Vijay Anand as chief physician has also gone viral on social media.

Vijay Anand, who is 5 years younger than Dr. Anuradha, has been appointed as the Deputy Director and Chief Physician of the Tiruvallur District Rural Welfare Department and has gone viral on various social media sites. In this context, a demonstration was held today in front of the Ponneri Government Hospital led by film director Gopi Nayyar.

The protest chanted slogans including 'Appoint Anuradha as Chief Physician again'. In order to find a solution to this problem, the Minister of Health Ma Subramanian inspected the Ponneri Government Hospital. The Minister then inspected the maternity ward and the inpatient ward and inquired about the health of the patients who had come for treatment. Later, Tiruvallur Collector Alby John Varghese, Dr. Anuradha, Dr. VI Anand and Tiruvallur District Rural Welfare Co-Director Shanthi conducted an inquiry.

Speaking to reporters after the inquiry which lasted for about half an hour, Health Minister Ma Subramaniam said, “After seeing the news published on social media, the Chief Minister had ordered me to inquire into this. I was interrogated at the Ponneri Government Hospital on that basis.

Anuradha has been re-appointed as the Chief Physician. At the same time, the district associate director, Dr. Vijay Anand has been asked to work together. I have also advised the District Associate Director, who is due to retire in 6 months, to perform the Division Upachara along with the doctors. Following this, there is a departmental study to standardize more than 30,000 temporary employees and the Chief Minister will take up the issue of recruitment, permanency and standardization of 108 ambulance personnel, said Minister M. Subramanian. He also said that 1.05 lakh medical personnel who worked during the Corona period have been given incentives.
