மனிதநேய ஜனநாயக கட்சியின் முன்னாள் நிர்வாகி கொலை வழக்கில் முக்கிய குற்றவாளியாக கருதப்படும் இம்தியாஸின் சகோதரி உள்பட மூவர் கஞ்சா கடத்தல் வழக்கில் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

திருப்பத்தூர் மாவட்டம் வாணியம்பாடி நியூ டவுனில் வாகன தணிக்கையில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்த காவல்துறையினர், அவ்வழியாக வந்த ஜீப்பை மறித்து சோதனையிட்டனர். அதில் 2 கிலோ 100 கிராம் கஞ்சா பதுக்கி வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டது. சந்தேகத்தின் பேரில் ஜீப்பில் இருந்த ரபியா பர்வீன் என்பவரை காவல்நிலையம் அழைத்துச் சென்று விசாரித்தபோது, அவர் மனிதநேய ஜனநாயக கட்சி முன்னாள் நிர்வாகி கொலை வழக்கில் சிறையில் உள்ள இம்தியாஸின் சகோதரி என்பது தெரியவந்தது.

கஞ்சாவையும், கடத்தலுக்கு பயன்படுத்தப்பட்ட ஜீப்பையும் பறிமுதல் செய்த காவல்துறையினர், கைதான மூவரையும் நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆஜர்படுத்தி சிறையிலடைத்தனர்.

Three people have been arrested in a cannabis smuggling case, including Imtiaz's sister, who is believed to be the main culprit in the murder of a former Humanitarian Democrat executive.

Police raided a vehicle in Vaniyambadi New Town, Tirupati district and intercepted a passing jeep. It was found that 2 kg 100 g of cannabis was stored in it. When police took Rabia Parveen, who was in the jeep on suspicion, for questioning, it was revealed that she was the sister of Imtiaz, who is in jail in connection with the murder of a former Humanitarian Democrat executive.

Police confiscated the cannabis and the jeep used for the abduction, produced the three arrested in court and remanded them in custody.
